The adventure began quite simply: Le Tchap was looking for a fluid solution for its evening service. Thanks to our QR codes placed on the tablesNow, customers can order and pay directly from their smartphone, at their own pace. This feature has enabled staff to concentrate more on welcoming customers and providing a quality service, while at the same time saving precious time.
Building on this initial success, Le Tchap has taken things a step further by installing two control terminals in its restaurant. The aim? To give customers more independence at lunchtime, when speed is of the essence. It has been so successful that the restaurant now has five terminals.

Initially fitted with an Eftpos terminal, the kiosks were then upgraded with our solution Soft POSwhich enables contactless payment directly on the terminal, without any additional hardware. Result: a process faster, more intuitive and more economical for the restaurant.
