The "Your menu/room directory digitised free of charge" offer is proposed by PIINK Me to professionals. This offer enables professionals to digitise their menu/offer or room directory/service free of charge, subject to the conditions set out below.
Article 2: Terms and conditions of the offer
To benefit from this offer, professionals must send their menu/offer or room directory/service to PIINK Me within the following limits:
- 3 items maximum. (e.g. Burger / Pizza / Salad)
Article 3: Booking the offer
This offer is exclusively reserved for professionals. Professionals must prove their status by providing a Kbis extract less than 3 months old and proof of the manager's identity.
Article 4: Submission procedures
Professionals should send their menu/offer or room directory/service to the following email address contact@piinkme.fr. Files must be sent in PDF or JPEG format.
Article 5: Non-customisable web link
A non-personalised web link is provided for use on social networks or the website.
Article 6: Content of the free offer
The offer: "Your free digital menu/room directory"This is the basis of the 'discovery' offer, which is €4/month, but without the QR code, multilingual content and category limit. It includes:
- To receive unpaid orders on your pro.piink.fr interface, you need a compatible web browser.
- A maximum of 3 items with photos, videos, descriptions, prices and VAT.
- The non-personalised web link for your shop.

Article 7: Processing time
PIINK Me undertakes to digitise and return the menu or room directory in digital format within 7 working days of receipt of the documents.
Article 8: Confidentiality
PIINK Me undertakes to treat the information provided by professionals as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
Article 9: Liability
PIINK Me shall not be held responsible for the content of any errors or omissions in the documents provided by the professionals. It is the responsibility of the professionals to check the accuracy of the information before sending.
Article 10: Modification of the offer
PIINK Me reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
Article 11: Professional interface
The interface on the professional side is open-ended, but PIINK Me reserves the right to delete some at random and leave only 3.
Article 12: Acceptance of conditions
By submitting their menu/offer or room directory/service, professionals unreservedly accept the conditions set out in this contract as well as our terms and conditions of the professional, general user conditions, personal data charter and legal notices.
